can you use a t-post pounder to installthem or do you need a fiberglass pounder to install

    Asked by: rancher
You should be able to install these without a post pounder. They have a pointy end so they can be driven into the ground easily. The base is spiked so it cannot be yanked out of the ground once in place.

What is the base of the post measurements and how deep does it go?

    Asked by: Safety60542
The guide post anchor is 18" long. The spec sheet does not provide the exact measurements of the anchor itself.

Can you mount a sign to it or will sag?

We have a sign that is approximately 18"x22" and is only in place from May to August. We are looking for a less expensive and easier installtion solution to the Square Sign Posts - Anchor Base system.
    Asked by: Mkuruc
I would not recommend mounting a sign to the guide post because it is not weighted for a sign. I would recommend a movable sign stanchion so you can take it inside and outside with little to no trouble. It is more expensive than this product but it is much easier to use then the square sign posts. Please click on my recommendations below to view the items.
