Display your commitment to the health and safety of your residents during the COVID-19 pandemic with products that communicate vital information and policies related to the virus. In general, municipal office facilities can follow general office guidelines to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors during this time. Other actions and precautionary measures that can be taken include:

For indoor areas:

-Follow the reopening guidance from your local and federal government.

-Communicate any important information and messaging related to closures and reopening with custom signs that are available in a variety of materials, colors, and engraving options.

-Frequently clean push bars and handles on any public doors that do not open automatically. When possible, remove access to objects that could be frequently touched, such as water fountains and coolers.

-Adhere to social distancing guidelines and require employees to wear a mask inside the facility, especially in circumstances where social distancing is not possible.

For outdoor/public areas:

-Anyone with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing) should stay home and not engage in outdoor activities.

-Remind visitors to follow social distancing guidelines in outdoor common spaces.

-All private and public campgrounds, dispersed camping sites, playgrounds, etc. should reduce occupancy to comply with social distancing guidelines. Limit marina access to slip owners or seasonal renters.

-The use of face-covering masks can be considered as an additional measure to reduce the risk in public areas. Note that cloth face coverings are NOT a replacement for social distancing. Social distancing must be observed even if face coverings are in use.

-Post signage in areas accessed by the general public such as fuel stations or access ramps notifying them of new restrictions.

-Remind customers to avoid touching other customers’ items such as golf clubs or other recreational equipment.

-Specifically at golf courses, ensure that those sharing golf carts are from the same household; otherwise, single rider carts only. Golf carts must be cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
