Two-Part Status Tags - Ok To Use/Repair Needed
- Write your updated information (date, time, etc.) on the tag with pen, pencil, or marker
- Tags are made of cardstock with a reinforced 3/16" eyelet
- 12" cotton string ties are included with your purchase
- Tag size: 5-3/4" H x 2-7/8" W
- When maintenance is no longer required, simply tear off that section of the tag to inducate that machine/piece of equipment is safe to use
