Modular lock box allows employees to stack in order to monitor various group lockouts from one location.

- Block a lockout center by stacking and bolting multiple units so you can easily monitor groups.
- Mount to a wall or workbench, or stand freely.
- Clear lexan window provides a visual check of which keys are locked out.
- Keyhole slot allows keys to be inserted after box has been secured.
- After last lock is removed, panel opens to access keys; insert-tabs provided to identify keys.
- Hardware included. Features 2 separate compartments.
- Available in 6-hole or 12-hole.
- Accommodates padlocks (not included).
