    Do you make it any thicker than 15mil, I do need it in 3" height and need 4 sets however i think the 15 mil might ne too thin.

    15 mil is the standard thickness we use for our plastic stencils. If you want something that is a little more heavy duty we do offer interlocking brass stencils. Those are also available in the 3" height.
