Body measures 1-1/2" length x 1/4" dia.
Fill in the front label, add a 7/8" x 7/8" photo, then peel away the liner.
Information is protected under clear, self-adhesive overlay.
Choose from 4 colors: red, yellow, blue, or green.
Choose from 3-keying options: individually keyed, keyed-alike, or master-keyed.
Choose from 3 messages: "Danger equipment lock-out my life is on the line," "Danger equipment lock-out my life is on the line this lock to be removed only by person below" (English/Spanish), or "Danger do not operate my life is on the line."
