Can the product be applied in freezing temperatures? Is it waterproof once it dries?

Hello, I have a freezer room that has spalling on the floor. I'd like to know if your product can withstand freezer temp and abuse from the use of forklifts. Since it sets quickly, can I apply it even if the floor itself is cold (as in freezing temp)? It would be good to know the compressive strength of your product once it sets. Also, if the material is waterproof it would be an added bonus. Thank you.
    Asked by: Francis
With respect to the application temperature, it is recommended that the product is applied to a surface at a temperature of 50 degrees F or above. This product is not classified as waterproof, but is deemed water-resistant. For product performance after application, although there is no defined temperature minimums stated by the manufacturer for what this product will withstand, it is noted that this product will hold up under freezing conditions, as well as exposure to freezing temperatures after it sets. While a compressive strength is not indicated, it is also noted that after this product sets, it will withstand repeated flow of the weight of semi-truck traffic over it.

What is the material made of that makes it last

    Asked by: EarWar
The product itself is concrete, which dries to a solid gray finish.
