Made from sturdy polystyrene with a pegboard-style backing with pre-drilled hook holes and 6 hooks.
Built-in lock rail that holds up to 25 padlocks (sold separately).
Holds everything you need for valve and plug lock-out.
The LOCKOUT STATION sign at the top measures: 4" high X 24" wide. This sign has an L-shaped fastening base on the bottom that has double sided sticky tape on it. The dimensions of that mounting part is 1 and 3/4" deep by 24" wide.
Filled station includes: all-purpose cable lock-out, universal valve lock-out, 110 plug lock-out, all-in-one lock-out box, ball valve, (2) gate valve lock-out, adjustable gate valve lock-out, (2) 2-in-1 lock-out hasp 1", universal breaker lock-out, (2) multiple pole lock-out, oversized breaker lock-out, wall switch lock-out, and ball valve lock-out.
