can I please return these and get the ones that do curl around the pipe?
I want the type of wrap around that actually wraps around and snaps in place, I ordered this and received the flat ones with zip ties. Do you have the type that I have described?
If the pipe has an outside diameter of 6" and above then the markers will be sent with nylon ties for securing around the pipes. They cannot be snapped around a pipe that is larger than 6" because they lose their curl and will eventually fall off. If you ordered pipe markers for a pipe with an outside diameter less than 6" then please call our customer service team at 800-442-3633 so they can process a return for you.

The sizes of our Kwik-Koil Pipe Markers are as follows (outside diameter should be estimated to include pipe insulation):
(Outside Dia. 3/4" thru 1-3/8") - 8" long, 1/2" letter ht.
(Outside Dia. 1-1/2" thru 2-3/8") - 8" long, 3/4" letter ht.
(Outside Dia. 2-1/2" thru 3-7/8") - 12" long, 1-1/4" letter ht.
(Outside Dia. 4" thru 5-7/8") - 12" long, 1-1/4" letter ht.
(Outside Dia. 6" thru 7-7/8") - 12" long, 1-1/4" letter ht. **
(Outside Dia. 8" thru 10") - 24" long, 2-1/4" letter ht. **
